Antes de usar, pré-disperse o pasta de alumínio com o solvente. Geralmente, a proporção de pasta de alumínio para solvente é 1:2. Durante o processo de dispersão, use agitação em baixa velocidade. Evite agitar muito rápido, o que causará alto cisalhamento força para destruir a forma da pasta de alumínio e reduzir o brilho. A melhor velocidade de dispersão deve ser determinado por meio de experimentos. Isso depende de muitos fatores e das dimensões geométricas do agitador equipamento (relação entre o diâmetro do disco de agitação e o diâmetro do recipiente, a forma do disco de agitação, etc.), temperatura e viscosidade do revestimento, seleção do solvente e quantidade de pasta de alumínio adicionada (ver a tabela abaixo)
